"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the winding up proceeds as a Members' Voluntary Liquidation and that Julie Swan (IP No. 9168) and Samuel Talby (IP No. 9404) both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquiodators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
