"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nigel Heath Sinclair (IP No. 9030) and Richard William James Long (IP No. 6059) both of Richard Long & Co, Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Herts, SG14 1HH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
