2. “That Carrie James and Panos Papas of Benedict Mackenzie Recovery Limited, 93 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4BA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”.
