A Petition to wind up the above-named company of 58 Bold Street, Wigan WN5 9EP presented on 9 June 2017 by ENCON INSULATION LIMITED, Brunswick House, 1 Deighton Close, Wetherby, W Yorks LS22 7GZ claiming to be a creditor of the Company at Leeds District Registry, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 12 September 2017 at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4pm on 11 September 2017.
