"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Harris (IP No. 015454) and Guy Robert Thomas Hollander (IP No. 009233) both of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1DD be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
