Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 2nd Floor, Cassini House, 57-59 St James Street, London, SW1A 1LD on 20 July 2017 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Tate (IP No. 8960) and Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
