“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kerry Pearson (IP No. 016014) of Azets, Bede House, 3 Belmont Business Park, Durham, DH1 1TW and Jonathan Amor (IP No. 17770) of Azets, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
