At a General Meeting of the members held by written resolution on 13 December 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed, No. 1 as a special resolution and No's 2 and 3 as ordinary resolutions:-

1. That the club be wound up voluntarily, effective as at 10.00 am on 13 December 2019.

2. That John Paul Sugden and Rob Sadler of Auker Rhodes Accounting Limited, Devonshire House, 32/34 North Parade, Bradford BD1 3HZ be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

3. That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done may be done by any one or more persons holding the office of joint liquidator from time to time.
