At a General Meeting of the Members of the above Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP on 16 January 2017 at 2.00 pm the following Resolutions were passed, as an Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, (IP Nos. 8368 and 8584) be and hereby are appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the joint liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”
