At a General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held at Langdale, Harepath Hill, Seaton, EX12 2TF on 1 September 2020 at 11.15 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Peter Carvill-Biggs (IP No. 15930) and Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be appointed Joint Liquidators and are hereby authorised to distribute, amongst the shareholders, in specie all or any part of the assets of the Company."
