A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at Unit C, Anchor House, School Lane, Chandler’s Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO53 4DY presented by S. WALSH & SON LIMITED whose registered office address is situated at Unit 10, Goldsmith Way, Eliot Business Park, Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV10 7RJ claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 1 December 2021 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 January 2022 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 11 January 2022.
