Notice is hereby given that on 4 July 2022, a Petition was presented to Perth Sheriff Court by MarketFinance Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number 07330525 and having its registered office at 48-50 Scrutton Street, London, England, 3C2 4XQ craving the court inter alia that Jackson Mathieson Car Sales Ltd be wound up by the court and to appoint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition, the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 6 July 2022, appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Michelle Elliot and Stuart Robb, Insolvency Practitioners at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG to be Provisional Liquidators of Jackson Mathieson Car Sales Ltd with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
