Notice is given that Matthew Boyd Callaghan, Andrew James Johnson and Lisa Jane Rickelton the Joint Administrators of the above-named Company, intend on declaring a final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors (under the prescribed part provisions) within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 22 February 2022, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Jackson and Rye Restaurants Limited, c/o FTI Consulting LLP, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD, and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it.
