Notice is hereby given that on 13th January 2017 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Skipton Building Society, craving the Court that Jack Fortune Limited, having its registered office at 2 Corstorphine High Street, Edinburgh EH12 7ST be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator appointed in which Petition, by interlocutor of 17 January 2017, the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service with the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court and in the meantime appointed Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 3rd Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP, to be provisional liquidators of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
