Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of Members of the above named Company will be held within the offices of Condies Business Recovery and Insolvency Limited, 10 Abbey Park Place, Dunfermline, Fife, KY12 7NZ on 8 April 2016 at 10.30 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the winding up together with any explanations which may be given and also determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. The attention of shareholders is drawn to the following: Shareholders are entitled to vote at said meeting according to the rights attaching to their shares; A Resolution at the meeting is passed if a majority in value of those voting, vote in favour of it; Proxies may be lodged at or before the meeting in the offices of the Liquidator, Condies Business Recovery and Insolvency Limited, 10 Abbey Park Place, Dunfermline, Fife, KY12 7NZ; The provisions of Part 7 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986.

Note: A member who is entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. The person so appointed need not also be a member of the Company.
