At a General Meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held within the offices of Jabil Inc. at 10560 Dr Martin Luther King Jr St N, St Petersburg, Florida 33716, USA, on 22 May 2020, at 9.30 am, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Richard Gardiner, of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, KY11 8PB, (IP No. 9488) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up and distributing its assets.”
