At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Kirks, Rural Enterprise Centre, Vincent Carey Road, Rotherwas, Hereford, HR2 6FE on 21 January 2019, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Kirk (IP No. 8830) of Kirks, Rural Enterprise Centre, Vincent Carey Road, Rotherwas, Hereford, HR2 6FE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

At a subsequent meeting held on 21 January 2019, Michael Durkan of Durkan Cahill was appointed as Liquidator by the creditors and David Kirk was given his release.
