Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.106A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that Simon Blakey and Martin Daley of Robson Laidler Accountants Limited, Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by the Secretary of State with effect from 18 May 2016.

The Joint Liquidators do not propose to summon a meeting of creditors under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Joint Liquidators shall summon such a meeting if they are requested, in accordance with the rules, to do so by one-tenth, in value, of the company’s creditors.

Creditors of the company who have not yet proved their debts should submit their proof of debt to the Joint Liquidators at Robson Laidler Accountants Limited, Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ.
