At a General Meeting of JP Oil (UK) Limited duly convened and held at the offices of Messrs Blackadders Solicitors, 30 & 34 Reform Street, Dundee DD1 1RJ on 25 January 2016 the following Resolution was passed as a Special Resolution.

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Grant, Chapelshade House, 78-84 Bell Street, Dundee be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
