Notice is hereby given that on 29 September 2021 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Heather Watt, 4 Cairn Seat, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, AB51 5JH craving the court inter alia that J M S Coatings Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC086922) and having its registered office at Peterkins, 100 Union Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1QR be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 1 October 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
