At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Stanford House, 19 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ on 31 October 2019 at 1.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Emily Ball (IP No. 19970) and John Lowe (IP No. 009513) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Stanford House, 19 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
