“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Simon Thornton (IP No. 9031) of HS Business Recovery Ltd, The Conifers, Filton Road, Hambrook, Bristol BS16 1QG be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
