At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 7 August 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

“That Timothy James Heaselgrave (office holder no. 9193) of The Timothy James Partnership Limited, Darwin House, 7 Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove, B61 7JJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 7 August 2019 the appointment of Timothy James Heaselgrave as Liquidator was confirmed.
