Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at Moorend House, Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 3UE on 10 January 2020 at 2.00 pm the following special and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Brooksbank (IP No. 9658) of O’Haras Limited, Moorend House, Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton, BD19 3UE be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up and that, in accordance with the provisions of the Company's articles of association, the Liquidator be hereby authorised to divide among the Members in specie all or any part of the assets of the Company."
