At a meeting of the above named company duly convened and held on 16 October 2018 the following resolutions were passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.

“That Simon Thomas Barriball and Gareth Bishop of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen's Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately”.

At the subsequent Virtual Meeting of Creditors held on 16 October 2018 the appointment of Simon Thomas Barriball and Gareth Bishop as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
