Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 29 March 2018, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to J G M Sadler (IP No. 9048) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham NG1 6EE the Liquidator of the said Company, appointed on 15 February 2018.

If so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, creditors must provide any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
