A Petition to wind up the above-named company of J Carr Group Ltd (10871271) of Woodlands Park Farm, Ram Alley, Thatcham RG19 8AY, whose nature of business is Construction of domestic buildings and demolition, presented on Monday 16 December 2019, at 11:39 by NOBLE CIVIL ENGINEERING LTD, of 19 Graig Street, Pontygwaith, Ferndale CF43 3LY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 29 January 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
