NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator Wendy Jane Wardell. The meeting will be held at KPMG LLP, Gateway House, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3TG on 10 May 2017 at 11.00 am. The purposes of the meeting are:

1. that a creditors' committee be established and, if no committee is established;

2. that the remuneration of the joint liquidators shall be fixed as a fixed fee of ÂŁ169,000 plus VAT; and

3. for the approval of category 2 disbursements to be charge in accordance with the firm's policy.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting creditors must deliver proxies and hitherto unlodged proofs at Gateway House, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO53 3TG by 12 noon on the business day before the date fixed for the meeting.
