Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 September 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Ballard (IP No. 20452) of Ballard Business Recovery Limited, 21a Bore Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6LZ be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up, and that the Liquidator be hereby authorised under the provision of Section 165 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (“the Act”) to exercise the powers laid down in schedule 4, part I of the Act”
