NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Supervisor in this matter intends declaring a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company who are required on or before 27 August 2018, being the last date for proving, to submit their claims to Mehmet Arkin, of Arkin & Co, Maple House, High Street, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN6 5BS, and provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as to support the claim. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he had not participated in it, any dividend subsequently declared.

The dividend will be declared within the two months from the last date for proving.
