Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 21 February 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) and Steven John Parker (IP No. 8989) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London NW1 2DX be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
