“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan David Bass (IP No. 11790) and Freddy Khalastchi (IP No. 8752) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
