A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Izzy Home Store Limited (09419582) of 1b, First Floor, 142 Johnson Street, Southall, Middlesex UB2 5FD, whose nature of business is 46150 - Agents involved in the sale of furniture, household goods, hardware and ironmongery; 47530 - Retail sale of carpets, rugs, wall and floor coverings in specialised stores; 96090 - Other service activities not elsewhere classified, presented on Tuesday 13 August 2024, at 09:00 by LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING COUNCIL, of 14 Uxbridge Road, London W5 2HL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 08 October 2024, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
