“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Bethan Louise Evans and John Dean Cullen, both of Menzies LLP, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff CF10 5SF, (IP Nos 13130 and 9214) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly and severally.”
