A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 17 April 2020 by FM CONTRACTING SOLUTIONS LTD (IN LIQUIDATION) of 370 Walter Road, Swansea SA1 5NW claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at Swansea Civil and Family Justice Centre, Caravella House, Quay West, Quay Parade, Swansea SA1 1SP, on 7 July 2020, at 14:40 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
