At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ on 9 March 2020, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) and Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
