Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.132 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991 that a final meeting of creditors of the company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of the Liquidator presenting his final report and obtaining his release. The meeting will be held by way of a virtual meeting via conference call on 02871 376834 at McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry BT48 0LD. Access to the virtual meeting can be gained at 11.00 am on 4 August 2020

A proxy form, if you wish to vote at the meeting of creditors, must completed and returned to me at McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry BT48 0LD by no later than 4.00 p.m. on the business day before 4 August 2020.
