Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 3 November 2021 as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Thompson (IP No. 26370) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
