"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tyrone Courtman (IP No. 7237) and Deviesh Raikundalia (IP No. 13890) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Rivermead House, 7 Lewis Court, Grove Park, Leicester, LE19 1SD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis."
