NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company whose registered office is Verulam House, 110 Luton Road, Harpenden, Hertfordshire, AL5 3BL and who's principal trading address was 111A-113 Golders Green Road, London NW11 8HR, will be held at The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8AN on 17th May 2016 at 11.30 am. The purpose of the meeting is to have an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidator. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the company at The Old Brewhouse, 49-51 Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL4 8AN, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting, proxies received by fax at that time will be accepted.
