A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Island Trading Company Limited (The) (02025957) of 85-87 Bayham Street, London NW1 0AG, (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is retail sales and the holding of property, presented on Monday 18 May 2020, at 15:34 by FREDERICK CHARLES SATOW AND PAUL MICHAEL DAVIS, of Macintyre Hudson Llp, 2 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Insolvency and Companies List, Business and Property Courts of England & Wales, High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 29 July 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
