"That the Club be wound up voluntarily and that Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) and Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 009614) both of Mazars LLP, Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
