Notice is hereby given that on 3rd March 2020 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Iron Horse Catering Limited, having their registered office at 5 Royal Exchange Square, Glasgow, G1 3AH (“the Company”), craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound-up by the court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 4th March 2020 appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement of which notice is hereby given.
