At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 11:00am on 23 October 2020 at Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Peter Richard James Frost (IP No. 8935) and Victor Henry Ellaby (IP No. 8020) both of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
