Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 9 April 2018, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to J G M Sadler of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, Cumberland House, 35 Park Row, Nottingham NG1 6EE the Liquidator of the said Company, appointed on 26 February 2017.

If so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
