Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 September 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nick Parsk (IP No. 19770) and Jo Leach (IP No. 15950) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
