A Petition to wind-up the above named Company of 18 Cross Steet, London EC1N 8UN presented on the 10th May 2017 by CEMEX UK OPERATIONS LTD of Camden House, Clearwater Business Park, Thornaby, Stockton on Tees TS17 6QY will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Newcastle upon Tyne District Registry at The Law Courts, The Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3LA.
