“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that the winding up proceed as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation and that Lee Pryor,(IP No. 9011) of PCR (Milton Keynes) LLP, 2-14 Margaret Powell House, Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 3BN and Mark Phillips,(IP No. 9320) of PCR (Milton Keynes) LLP, 2-14 Margaret Powell House, Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 3BN be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
