At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at 122 Hither Green Lane, Hither Green, SE13 6QA on 9 July 2019 at 11.00am the following resolutions were duly passed as special and ordinary resolutions

Special Resolution:

i. "That the company be wound up voluntarily."
