Gerald Krasner (IP No. 5532) of Begbies Traynor, 4th Floor, Cathedral Buildings, Dean Street, Newcastle, NE1 1PG and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo (IP No. 8368) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 22 February 2018. The liquidation was a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, a statutory Declaration of Solvency having been made. Pursuant to Section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986 a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 4th Floor, Cathedral Buildings, Dean Street, Newcastle, NE1 1PG, on 30 October 2018, at 11.00 am when a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the meeting. The meeting is being convened as the Liquidators are of the opinion that the Company will be unable to pay its debts in full (together with interest at the official rate) within the period stated in declaration made under Section 89 of the Insolvency Act 1986. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies, together with a statement of their claim at the meting or before the meeting at the offices of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 4th Floor, Cathedral Buildings, Dean Street, Newcastle, NE1 1PG. Further take notice that a duty is imposed on the Liquidators by the Insolvency Act 1986 during this period before the day on which the meeting is to be held to furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the affairs of the Company as they may reasonably require.
